H80 Engine

TAE Aerospace has established its capability as the Asia-Pacific’s Designated Repair Center for the new GE Aviation H80 turbo-prop engine and the existing M601 engine fleet.

The H80 combines the robust design of GE’s highly regarded M601 engine family, with 3-D aerodynamic design techniques and advanced materials to create a more powerful, fuel-efficient, durable engine compared with the original M601. In addition, the H80 requires no recurrent fuel nozzle inspections and no hot section inspection. The H80 engine will also feature an extended service life of 3,600 flight-hours or 6,600 cycles between overhauls.

To keep you flying, our GE H80/M601 service offer includes:

  • A CASA and an FAA-approved engine test capability that is now correlated by GE
  • Access to a large rental pool of H80 engines, modules and components
  • An on-call field service capability and 24/7 technical support
  • Engine sales
