Andrew started his aerospace career as an Engineering Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) in 1983. For the last two decades, he has held the positions of CEO and Managing Director at TAE Aerospace.

As the company’s leader, Andrew has grown the aerospace business from its fledging beginnings, two decades ago, to its current status as a global aerospace company — servicing both defense and commercial aviation markets in Australia, Asia-Pacific and the United States.  

Across 11 sites in Asia-Pacfic and North America, Andrew leads a company of more than 350 staff. The various sites deliver a broad range of aerospace products and services including defense and commercial turbine engine and component maintenance, engineering and advanced manufacturing, fire protection and rescue equipment and aircraft wheel and brake maintenance to a diverse and expanding global customer base.

Andrew holds a Bachelor in Aeronautical Engineering from RMIT and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England.
